New APM32F003X6 series MCU

The newly released industrial-grade super value APM32F003 by JMC continues the product design concept of APM32 series MCU, such as high frequency, large capacity, wide temperature range and high precision. It also has unique advantages in performance, power consumption and stability. Its ADC clock accuracy in high temperature conditions can be directly comparable to the performance of imported similar products. At present, it can be applied to smart home appliances, industrial control, consumer electronics and other applications.

 

 

Powerful master control system

 

Based on the ARM ®Cortex®-M0+ kernel, the maximum working frequency is 48MHz, the power supply voltage is 2.0~5.5V, and the on-chip storage resources of 32Kbytes FLASH and 4Kbytes SRAM are provided, which can reasonably cope with the resource overhead caused by the operation of the device. The wafer is in a highly compact 3 x 3mm miniaturized package, QFN20, to improve system integration, enhance product efficiency, and reduce BOM costs.

 

High stability

 

The temperature grade covers -40℃ ~ +105℃, with strong temperature adaptability, which can guarantee the stable operation of the product equipment in different temperature scenarios; ESD level up to 8KV, strong antistatic interference ability; Integrated HSI internal high speed oscillator, the accuracy of the full range within ±3%, helps to improve the sensitivity of the operation of the product equipment.

 

Highly integrated

Integrated multi-channel UART, SPI, I2C and other communication interfaces, with 16-bit universal timer, 8-bit basic timer, 12-bit ADC (8-channel, support differential input) and other peripheral resources. The high integration of the chip helps to comprehensively improve the diversification of the product control and extensive connectivity, to meet the needs of more development applications. APM32F003 series MCU, through the integration of enhanced real-time control capability and rich peripheral resource allocation, can obtain more complex and advanced product functions at a more economical development cost, can effectively meet the requirements of small volume, low power consumption of embedded applications.
