The IC MT890X series is an upgrade to the MT1452-EN series, the third generation of the latest speed directional latch switches from Magntek. The product is used in automobile motor system, such as sunroof, window anti-clamping motor, etc.
MT890X is an automotive functional IC, designed and produced according to AEC-Q100 specification, has passed the AEC-Q100 experimental project, in order to improve the functional safety of the chip, the chip internal integrated self-detection function, can check the internal fault in the power stage, and feedback signals, so as to prevent the vehicle in the operation of the unexpected situation.
In order to make the arrangement of atomic magnetic moments inside the magnet be affected by thermal motion at high strain temperature, and the parallel arrangement of atomic magnetic moments is disrupted, resulting in the attenuation of magnetic field intensity, MT890X is integrated with a temperature sensor, and the magnetic sensitivity varies from -40℃ to 150℃, showing a temperature characteristic change of -1000ppm/℃, to ensure the consistency of the coordination between the wafer and magnet at full temperature. It greatly reduces the magnetic induction failure caused by high temperature in application.
According to the requirements of customer miniaturization, MT890X realizes a smaller package form – SOT-23-6L, with a series of automotive speed sensors more miniaturization, miniaturization of the development trend. The chip can also be extended to more applications of speed and directional latch switches, which are no longer limited by mechanical structures.
MT890X series two output forms named as follows: Speed+Direction MT890X-SD (Speed+Direction), Speed+Speed MT890X-SS (Speed+Speed), have entered mass production.
The MT890X family of products is available in SOT-23-6L and Flat To-94 packages in accordance with RoHS standards.
